We know not all tech problems take an hour to solve, so we charge in 15 minute intervals instead.
We have no minimum time for remote support, and have a minimum charge of just 30 minutes for our on-site appointments (just so we can cover our petrol)
There’s no call out fee either, just to keep it real simple.
EASY AND CONVENIENT
No call centres. When you call us, you speak directly with a technician who can advise and help with any tech issue that comes our way.We can often see you on the same day too.
